Who has potential?

By definition, ‘potential’ is the capacity to develop into something in the future. When trying to identify officer potential in yourself or others, it is essential one does not look for the finished product. Ultimately, it is AOSB Westbury that will assess what someone could be turned in to with the right training and education.
